Lynn Mompremier, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a compassionate and highly trained board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) at My Wellness Psychiatry in Deerfield Beach, Florida. With a background in both pediatric and adult care, Lynn brings nearly a decade of nursing experience and a deep commitment to supporting patients on their mental health journey.

Lynn earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University. She has provided care in a variety of clinical settings, including pediatric urgent care, intermediate care units, and leading children’s hospitals across the country. Through her extensive experience, she has developed a gentle and collaborative approach that helps patients feel safe, heard, and supported.

Lynn specializes in treating mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and more. She conducts comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and creates individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, psychoeducation, and therapy-informed care. She is trained in using tools like the DSM-5 and draws from evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT.
